The Engineering Behind Telecom AI: A Recognition for Techbros

Techbros has been named Best Telecom AI Consultancy 2026 – Europe in the Corporate Vision Global Business Awards 2026.

We receive this recognition with gratitude to the engineers, colleagues and partners who have contributed their knowledge, care and effort to our work.

It is also an opportunity to reflect on what makes AI useful in telecom engineering.

Start with the network

A network generates enormous amounts of information: performance counters, alarms, configuration data and field measurements. Making that information useful requires an understanding of where it comes from, what it measures and what it leaves out.

A change in a KPI can reveal a problem. Understanding its cause requires context: the radio environment, traffic conditions, configuration, transport dependencies and the experience observed in the field.

This is where telecom expertise gives AI a practical foundation.

Connect analysis with evidence

For us, the value of AI lies in helping engineers investigate more effectively: identifying unusual patterns, bringing related observations together and directing attention towards issues that deserve closer examination.

Those findings need validation. An apparent correlation is a starting point for investigation; an engineering decision needs supporting evidence.

Network benchmarking and field engineering provide an essential connection between analytical findings and the experience of people using the network.

Keep engineering judgement central

Across 4G, 5G and Open RAN, useful analysis should help a team answer practical questions:

• What changed?
• Which users or services are affected?
• What evidence supports the suspected cause?
• How will we check whether an intervention worked?

These questions guide our approach to network intelligence and the role AI can play within it.

Thank you to the people behind the work

We appreciate Corporate Vision’s recognition and the contributions of everyone who has helped shape Techbros’ engineering work.

Our thanks go to our engineers and colleagues, past and present, and to the customers and partners who have shared their challenges, expertise and trust.
