Developing Promising Talent: Techbros' Installation Training Program
Forging Global Partnerships: A Visit from ITPC Hamburg

DEPOK – To strengthen its technical capabilities and ensure top-quality project implementation, Techbros recently conducted a two-week installation training program in Cilodong, Depok.

The program was designed to address the growing demand for skilled installers and engineers who can support various telecommunication projects across Indonesia.

The training ran for two weeks, with the first week focused on theoretical learning and the second week dedicated toon-the-job field practice (OJT). Participants were primarily from external parties, most of whom had little to no prior knowledge of telecommunication network installation.

“By opening this opportunity to external talents, Techbros aims to develop a new generation of skilled professionals ready to tackle industry challenges,” said Danny Ika Nugroho as the coordinator of the program.

This program was initiated to meet project demands and also reflects Techbros' commitment to supporting the industry’s need for certified, highly skilled workers and ensuring consistent quality across all installation and integration projects.

The curriculum covered essential topics for both BTS and microwave systems. Participants learned about installation preparation, outdoor and indoor equipment, microwave transmission, antenna alignment (pointing), and industry-standard installation practices.

Each module was designed to provide a strong balance between theory and hands-on application, allowing participants to build a comprehensive understanding of the equipment and procedures involved.

By investing in people, Techbros continues to reaffirm its mission of delivering high-quality, dependable solutions while empowering local talent to grow and excel in the telecommunications industry.
