JAKARTA – Techbros welcomed a meaningful and intimate Halal Bihalal session with Techbros’ CEO, Yudhi Rahadian, at Café Abeto, Menteng, on 04 May, 2025. The session was more than a post-Ramadan gathering. With laughter over lunch and shared stories, the event was an opportunity for the entire team (old and new) to reconnect, reflect, and realign in the spirit of togetherness.
Opening the event, Yudhi expressed his appreciation for the team’s collective journey.
“We don’t just offer solutions. We begin everything with empathy,” he said, emphasizing that Techbros’ strength lies in human connection and the culture of transparency, collaboration, and empathy-driven design thinking. “We work together, transparently, and without unnecessary complexity. That’s the Techbros DNA.”
Adding a thoughtful touch to the agenda, a short talk show session was also held, where Yudhi shared inspiring reflections about Techbros’ journey and the values that unite Techbros family.
He shared about the challenges faced in the early days: the company experienced three years of losses yet managed to handle it well, “With a mindset rooted in quick decision-making and a no-bureaucracy startup spirit, Techbros was able to shift from being an underdog to a strategic partner in the tech space.”
Yudhi believes that true innovation comes from open discussions and placing the customer at the center—not just to sell, but to listen, empathize, and tailor solutions accordingly.
And of course, there was a moment to recognize the 'Best Employees of the Year', one of the main event in Halal Bihalal this year. After a year of hard work, Techbros’ management believes that every employee’s dedication deserves appreciation. As a result, six individuals were honored with the title.
Ratri Paramita who begins her journey with Techbros in the beginning of 2024 said, “The challenge of working here is the significant time difference, but I can adjust to it as time passes. It's great to work with a team from different backgrounds.”
Muhammad Nurfaizi also stated that work is not always about salary, but a healthy workplace with genuine people, appreciation, respect, reciprocation, challenges, and opportunities that can actually make you stay.
“A toxic workplace and toxic job, even toxic leader should not be tolerated. You can't force respect. Respect is developed. Sometimes we don't realize we've asked for respect from others. In actuality, we do not possess or develop values that inspire people to appreciate us,” said Nurfaizi.
The Halal Bihalal celebration was also filled with engaging activities to foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere among employees. The event featured fun games that sparked laughter and friendly competition.
During his closing speech, Pak Yudhi also reminded everyone not to get stuck in overthinking. “Don’t overthink it, just start moving and adjust along the way,” Yudhi encouraging Techbrosians to take initiative and learn through action.
