Techbros Gains Positive Feedback from ADAPT Innovation Program
Forging Global Partnerships: A Visit from ITPC Hamburg

DÜSSELDORF –  Techbros GmbH, a technology company based in Düsseldorf, has received positive recognition for its active involvement in the ADAPT program, an innovation initiative supported by NEXT.IN.NRW under the EFRE NRW funding scheme.

Techbros joined the ADAPT project in February 2025, contributing to the planning and proposal phase. Since then, Techbros has taken part in several work packages (AP1 through AP9), focusing on OpenRAN-based 5G network development, automation of operations, and integration of adaptive connectivity solutions in industrial settings.

While NEXT.IN.NRW provides the funding framework, Techbros plays a crucial technical role by bringing its experience in network planning and optimization to the table, drawing on its past work with partners such as Telekom, Vodafone, and MAVERIC.

The feedback Techbros has received comes from leading institutions and industry partners involved in the project, including Fraunhofer IML (as the coordinator), Rhenus SE & Co. KG, VDMA, Open Logistics Foundation, and CET. The evaluation covered real-time system trials in simulated environments, digital twin testing, and flexible radio unit validation.

“This project gives us the opportunity to translate innovation into real-world solutions for sectors like logistics, manufacturing, and beyond,” said Muhammad Haidar, Technical Manager at Techbros. “We’re proud to contribute our expertise in adaptive networks and help build the foundation for future 5G and 6G environments.”

The project has also opened up promising future opportunities for Techbros, from commercializing ADAPT-based solutions for campus networks, to exploring cross-industry applications in healthcare, agriculture, and public events. In addition, partnerships with TU Dortmund and Fraunhofer are paving the way for further collaboration in 6G research.

Techbros also benefits internally from the project through improved team capabilities in AI-based network planning, radio-signal-based physical security, and simulation via digital twins. The company’s visibility and credibility have grown through its association with respected research institutions and validation from real-world industrial use cases like those from KRONE Group and Rhenus.

By participating in ADAPT, Techbros is not only expanding its service portfolio but also contributing to the broader digital transformation of industrial connectivity.
