Düsseldorf, February 2026 — Techbros is set to begin its 6G research
activities in Germany at the end of 2025 after securing research
funding and officially joining a German industry–research consortium.
The research is conducted under the ADAPT project, funded through the
EFRE/JTF-Programm NRW 2021–2027: Nachhaltige Zukunft in NRW — a
regional funding program supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs,
Climate Action, and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
The administrative and registration processes were completed throughout
2025, and by the end of the year, Techbros officially received its
grant approval.
In the short to medium term, Techbros will contribute to the research,
design, and validation of programmable campus network concepts and
adaptive radio network solutions within the consortium.
Techbros' work will focus on:
- real-time network configuration interfaces for software-based
optimization,
- flexible radio unit and campus relay concepts for dynamic
deployments, and
- industrial expertise in radio network design, planning, testing,
and optimization.
Upon completion of the project, Techbros expects to contribute to
joint innovations within the consortium and further develop industrial
solutions based on the project outcomes, in line with the project's
intellectual property and exploitation framework.
The development marks a significant step in Techbros' positioning as
a research-active company within Germany's 6G innovation ecosystem,
complementing its existing work in network engineering, AI/AIOps, and
digital infrastructure across DACH and Southeast Asian markets.
