JAKARTA — Teknologi Digital Nusantara (TDN) met with ZTE at ZTE’s Jakarta office on May 14, 2025. The meeting was held to discuss the deployment plan and operational alignment for the upcoming XLSmart Project, a large-scale regional initiative spanning several Indonesian provinces set to begin in June 2025.
AS ZTE has been appointed as one of the official vendors for XLSmart in Indonesia, Techbros is supporting the project by providing end-to-end services, including site surveys, installation, device swaps, and network optimization. This collaboration positions Techbros as a key operational partner in ensuring smooth execution and high service quality throughout the project lifecycle.
“This project presents a promising and significant business opportunity. InIndonesia, ZTE is one of the trusted vendors who have secured this trust for the next five years. If TDN can successfully support ZTE throughout this period, it opens the door to a long-term collaboration that could extend to 2030,” said Techbros Project Manager Gerald Richard Paays.
During the meeting, ZTE outlined the XLSmart Project Framework along with the team allocation, which includes detailed area and zone coverage: North Sumatera, Central Java, EastJava, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua. The framework serves as a guide for both teams to ensure structured coordination, efficient execution, and timely delivery of the project.
This alignment between TDN and ZTE marks a significant milestone in preparing for one of the largest regional rollouts under the XLSmart umbrella. Both companies share a commitment to operational excellence and collaborative execution in delivering high-impact connectivity solutions across the archipelago.
